Qigong
Chaplain Kate Holbrook holds a qigong tutorial session in Shove side chapel in which she teaches students strategies to relax and relieve stress. Qigong, originally from China, is a coordinated system of body movements, breathing, meditation, and posture, used to promote spirituality and health.
