NOTE: Colorado College is responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments. Summer Block A & B classes are being delivered via distance learning. On-campus admission visits are canceled until further notice. See Coronavirus Updates & Resources here.
Every Monday, 3-5pm MT Ongoing through Block 7 & 8
Join Creativity & Innovation for Creative Mondays via zoom! Stay connected with your creative side even in these times of distance - have your sketchbooks handy and/or some other art supplies! We will work on whatever we each choose, chat and catch up, and maybe process some of this strange time as we create together. You are free to drop in just to say hello as well, and to come for any part of the time.
Every Thursday, 2:00 - 3:30 pm MT Ongoing online through Block 7 & 8
Led by Barbara Bash, Mindfulness Resident for Creativity & Innovation. Barbara will guide a simple mindfulness process for self-connection and lead a circle practice of speaking and listening . We will use some variation of these three questions as a way to explore where we are:
What am I feeling ? Where is the discomfort - the sadness ? What is moving me forward - next steps ?
