Aged White Cheddar and Caramelized Onion Quesadillas (with or without chicken) with Sour Cream and Guacamole, Seasonal Fruit, Domestic and Imported Cheeses and Cocktail Crackers, Hummus and Pita with Fresh Cucumber, Olives, and Feta, Classic Shrimp Cocktail with Horseradish Dipping Sauce and Lemon.

Grilled Vegetable Platter with Pita Chips and Sundried Tomato Pesto, Chicken Quesadillas with Chipotle Sour Cream and Fresh Cilantro, Bacon Wrapped Dates with Gorgonzola, Coconut Shrimp with Mango Dipping Sauce, Crostini with Roma Tomato, Basil, and Fresh Mozzarella, and Seasonal Squash Fritters with Tomato Relish. A Host Bar (Beer, Wine, and Non-alcoholic Beverages) is provided.
