Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter, Grilled Vegetable Platter with Pita Chips and Sundried Tomato Pesto, Chicken Quesadillas with Chipotle Sour Cream and Fresh Cilantro, Asian Pot Stickers with Soy Dipping Sauce, Coconut Shrimp with Mango Dipping Sauce, and Crostini with Roma Tomato, Basil, and Fresh Mozzarella. A Host Bar (Wine, Beer, and Non-alcoholic Beverages) is provided.

The dinner menu includes your choice of three entrees: Almond Chicken Chardonnay ($50/person), Quinoa-stuffed Portobello Mushrooms ($40/person), or All-natural Beef Tenderloin ($60/person), plus Green Salad, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Almadine, and Flourless Chocolate Cake (gluten-free). A Host Bar (Wine, Beer, and Non-alcoholic Beverages) is provided.
