Limited on-site registration will be available, but will be assessed an additional $10 per person fee.

THURSDAY, OCT. 12

3-5:30 p.m. | Student Research Symposium
Cornerstone Arts Center

Oral presentations begin at 3 p.m. in the Richard F. Celeste Theatre followed by individual presentations in the main space and flex room.

The Student Research and Internship Symposium is the culminating event after a summer of collaborative research and internship experiences conducted by Colorado College students and faculty as well as through off-campus organizations. It brings the CC community together for a series of short presentations, poster sessions, and discussions across a variety of academic disciplines.

Upon arrival, all parents, families, and guests should check in to receive an official name tag.  This nametag will serve as your ticket to access campus buildings and all events throughout the weekend and your voucher to one complimentary hand crafted drink from Mountain Brews Coffee Truck located outside of Tutt Library.

9 a.m.-5 p.m. | "Preserving Colorado College's History," Special Collections Open Hours
Garden Level, Charles L. Tutt Library
Jessy Randall, archivist and curator of special collections, will share how the unique history of Colorado College is protected through the years.

Please join us for an open house event showcasing our Competitive Communication teams which proudly encompass Speech and Debate, Mock Trial, and Model UN. Visit with Director Sarah Hinkle, head speech and debate coach, Dr. Jillian Jeager, Mock Trial Coach, Taylor Kelson, '14, other Competitive Communications staff and current team members, alumni, colleagues, and friends. Swing by to see updates and awards from recent national and international competitions, share memories and stories, and learn more about Competitive Communications recognition, planning, and funding. Please join us in our newly renovated studio to make art! During open studios we will have demos, art making stations, and guided experiences where you can create ceramics, works in fiber, block printing, and painting and drawing. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience in art is needed to join in on the fun! Arts & Crafts is co-curricular program that supports students, staff, and faculty to experiment and engage with art and craft processes and histories.

Join us for food trucks, refreshments, music entertainment, and more! With several food trucks to choose from, there's sure to be one that tempts your tastebuds. See the food truck options here.

This event is free to attend, but please note food and drinks are self-pay to give you the flexibility to enjoy as you choose. All registered guests over the age of 21 will receive one free drink ticket to use upon admission to the tailgate.

Can’t get tickets? Friday night’s game will be shown on the TVs at local restaurant, Fat Sully’s, in downtown Colorado Springs. Feel free to grab some family and friends and head down after the Tiger Tailgate to watch the game together.
