    Even though the Fitness Center is closed, we are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals through individualized support and guidance. We are offering personalized workout plans, personalized rehabilitation plans, weekly bootcamp workouts, and links to free fitness resources.


    Personalized Workout Plans

    Contact Wes Kosel (wkosel@coloradocollege.edu) to set up an individualized workout plan based on your home workout equipment (bodyweight, limited equipment, etc.).

    Personalized Rehabilitation Plans

    Contact Dillon Campbell (dpcampbell@coloradocollege.edu) to set up an individualized rehabilitation plan if you have any injuries or limitations.
