Advising and COVID-19: What Academic Advisors Need to Know
Friday, August 21st, 10 a.m.
In response to COVID- 19, the college has revised its academic calendar, academic policies, and tuition model. Please join us for a Zoom panel presentation, featuring staff from the Provost’s Office, the Student Opportunities and Advising Hub, Registrar, and Wellness Resource Center. Participants will learn about these important changes and develop strategies for supporting students, who will be struggling to manage greater complexity than in previous years as they consider their academic plans.

Academic Advising Nuts and Bolts
Tuesday, August 25th, 3:30 p.m. | Tuesday, October 20th, 3:30 p.m.
This Zoom panel presentation will introduce new academic advisors to CC’s advising mission, structures, policies, and practices. Join representatives from the Vice Provost’s office, the Student Opportunities and Advising Hub, the Registrar, and International Programs for a crash course in what academic advisors need to know.
