Welcome

The inaugural Early Career Faculty Development Programs (ECFDP) office was created to support the college’s antiracism and retention commitments; to facilitate a college-wide shift regarding early career faculty development from a hierarchical, disempowering approach to one that recognizes the skills and talents of early career faculty and fosters impactful collaboration; and to situate Colorado College as a premier site for early career faculty development. Supporting career faculty in all three of the college’s academic divisions (Humanities, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences), the ECFDP suite includes the new Mentoring Alliance Program (MAP) and the Riley Scholars-in-Residence Program (RSiRP).

ECFDP is coordinated by Dr. Heidi R. Lewis, Director and Associate Professor of Feminist & Gender Studies.
