    UCHealth Optum Triage Line

CC has partnered with UCHealth and Optum to ensure that members of the CC community have access to symptomatic COVID testing. If you experience any symptoms that are associated with COVID, you should contact a medical provider through the process below to determine whether COVID-19 testing is needed:

    Students:

    • During the Student Health Center operating hours (M-F 8 a.m.-8 p.m., S-S noon-3 p.m.), students have access to testing at the Student Health Center. Call (719) 389-6384 to schedule an appointment.
    • Outside Student Health Center hours, call the UCH Nurse Triage Line using CC’s triage pin: (833) 494-0560, Pin#: 0801, which will put in an order for testing if medically appropriate.
      • If before 9 p.m., an Ambulnz testing crew will be deployed to campus within an hour.
      • If after 9 p.m., you’ll be scheduled for a next-day test at the Student Health Center
    • You’ll be able to see your results through the UCH My Health Connection app or webpage.

    CC Faculty/Staff:

    • Call the UCH Nurse Triage Line using CC’s triage pin: (833) 494-0560, Pin#: 0801, which will put in an order for testing if medically appropriate
      • If during operating hours of the Student Health Center (M-F 8 a.m.-8 p.m., S-S noon-3 p.m.), you’ll get tested there.
      • If the Student Health Center is closed, you’ll schedule testing at an off-campus UCH location through the My Health Connection app
    • Schedule a test through the My Health Connection app.
    • You’ll be able to see your results through the UCH My Health Connection app or webpage.

All members of the CC community should create their UCHealth My Health Connection account, where you’ll access test results. Click on the appropriate link below (preferably from a computer):

This URL will take you to the My Health Connection page. If you already have an account, log in. If not, click, “Sign Up Now” and create an account. Next, you’ll be asked to verify that your account is associated with CC’s “employer” testing program. Click “Submit” to verify this. Set up your account as prompted. You can also download the My Health Connection app on your mobile phone. If you have difficulty with this process, the My Health Connection Support Line is 855.395.9031.

Note:  If a COVID-19 test is determined to be medically appropriate, the CC contact tracing team will be notified; contact tracing will begin and isolation and quarantine protocols will begin.

    Emergency Response Fund

Because many in the Colorado College community asked how they can help, we have established the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Fund to meet needs during these uncertain times. Many of our alumni, parents, and friends, as well as members of our Board of Trustees and the president’s cabinet, have contributed. The fund also provides the college with resources to respond to unexpected expenses developing during this crisis and for lost revenue.

If you wish to contribute, please visit https://ourcc.coloradocollege.edu/covid19responsefund

In response to inquiries, we have created a form for families interested in donating their room and board credit to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Fund: https://ourcc.coloradocollege.edu/covid19refunddonation. Alternatively, please contact kbauer@coloradocollege.edu for more information.
