Teresa Leopold started at Colorado College in March 2019. As the Director of Student Support, she will be coordinating student support efforts by collaborating with offices and faculty across campus to help students thrive. Before coming to CC, Teresa worked at Beloit College the past 30 years, most recently as the Associate Dean of Student, Director of Advising and Co-director of the First and Second Year program. Additional experiences at Beloit College included accessibility services, residential life, behavior intervention programs and she supervised the TRIO program, Learning Enrichment and Disability Services, Academic Advising, Field and Career Services, and the Health and Wellness Center. Teresa worked with faculty, staff members and offices across campus to support students and the mission of the college.

Jane is a Michigan native who attended Central Michigan University for her undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy and a Master's degree in Health Administration. She worked for several years in out-patient rehabilitation working with patients who endured traumatic brain injuries, and she eventually ran outpatient pain management programs for patients with chronic pain conditions. She was also and adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Colorado Campus, where she taught Healthcare Administration, Organizational Behavior and Ethics courses. Jane has been at Colorado College for twelve years and loves that she has the opportunity to blend her two career interest - healthcare and education in her role. Her hobbies include parenting three awesome kids, camping, skiing, traveling and cooking.

Matt Edwards double majored in History and Global Cultures to receive his BA from the University of California, Irvine in 2012. He continued his education by bridging academia with direct support of students during his Masters of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from Azusa Pacific University in 2014. Advising the Students Conduct Committee at Colorado College piqued his interest in the legal side of higher education, so consequentially Spring 2019 found him completing his Masters in Legal Studies from Arizona State University. His first five years at CC in the Division of Student Life included serving as Residential Life Coordinator for Mathias, opening East Campus, and most recently taking on an interim role as CC's Community Standards Coordinator.

Nikkita McPherson is a Student Success Specialist in the Advising Hub and in this role, she partners with students and their faculty advisors to support them in curating holistic experiences during their time at Colorado College in ways that are meaningful, inspiring and joyful for them. Nikkita earned her Bachelors of Arts in Geography from Dartmouth College and her Masters of Arts in Teaching and Curriculum from Relay Graduate School of Education. Prior to joining the Colorado College community, Nikkita was a night grade Global History and Geography teacher and an educational policy organizer. During her time at CC, Nikkita worked with our colleagues in The Butler Center as the Diversity and Inclusion Programs Coordinator using her passion for all artistic mediums to develop and implement programs, initiatives, teaching and learning experiences as well as providing advising to all CC students. Nikkita is excited to continue connecting with all students at CC as they embark on and move through this journey of their life at CC.

Rosy Mondragon is the Administrative Assistant for Student Opportunities & Advising Hub. She has worked at Colorado College for twelve years and has been successful in a variety of positions. She worked for the Admission Office, Advancement Services and Summer Session. In Colorado Springs Rosy taught Spanish at Divine Redeemer Catholic School for three years, Spanish to High School students at Thomas MacLaren State Charter School for six years while holding the Registrar positions. For two years Rosy was the Academic Assessment Coordinator and the Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Colorado Springs Early Colleges.
Rosy received a B.A. in Accounting, as well as the Bilingual Executive Assistant Certification from Hidalgo Catholic Private College. She is working on obtaining her Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence. Rosy is excited to be a part of the Student Opportunities and Advising Hub team; Rosy enjoys supporting and helping students and has a profound love for the CC Tigers hockey team.

Jennifer O'Bryant is a Student Success Specialist for the Advising Hub. In her role, Jennifer works to provide academic support, coordinate advising initiatives for faculty staff, students, and provide a holistic advising experience for all students at Colorado College. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from West Texas A&M University in 2011 and a Masters of Arts degree in Gender, Globalization and Rights from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2013. Before coming to CC, Jennifer served as a TRiO Student Support Services Director and Advisor for first-generation and low-income students. She is excited to continue her work supporting students in higher education.

Lisa Schwartz is the Manager of Student Opportunities (formerly Student Collaborative Research Program Coordinator) for the Student Opportunities and Advising Hub. She is a proud Colorado College alumna having received a Bachelors of Arts in History in 2003 and Masters of Arts in Teaching for Secondary Social Studies in 2004. Before returning to CC, her professional background in higher education includes various roles in student support, advising, and teacher education at Colorado State University-Pueblo and Pikes Peak Community College.
