    Earth Week Overview

Welcome to Earth Week 2019! This year, Earth Day is April 22nd, but because we love to celebrate - Earth Day is now Earth Week. This extended time period allows for all of us to spend more time learning about the environment and the problems that we face. This week wouldn't have come together without the support and leadership from the student organizations, offices, and departments who are hosting an event this week in lieu of Earth Week.

Special Thanks: This week would not have been possible without you!

Bon Appetit: A Little Goes A Long Way
All Week l Bon Appetit Dining Service Areas

Be sure to be on the lookout for 'A Little Goes A Long Way' in Bon Appetit dining service areas. This year's theme for Earth Week center around this messaging. The fact that a little animal product, whether meat, fish, dairy, or egg can go a long way towards making a meal feel substantial and satisfying! Additionally, the other piece to this messaging is that 'A Little Goes A Long Way' to making a little positive change in the direction of plant-based eating. In summary, what Bon Appetit will be promoting is that it is not always all or nothing when it comes to making meaningful dietary choices.
