Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees for the Pre-College program are billed by the Student Account's Office the first week of the month. Participants in the Pre-College program will receive an invoice to the address of their financially responsible party, with instructions on how to pay. If you are an international student, please pay through Flywire. Pre-College financial aid and scholarships are not available for international high school students.

Application Fee and Deposit
A $50 application fee is required, which can be paid on line through your application. We will also accept a check or credit card, which should be submitted with your application. The application fee will be waived if you have previously taken a CC course.
Upon your acceptance to the Colorado College Summer Pre-College program, you will be required to submit a course deposit of $500. This deposit will be credited towards your final tuition payment, and can be paid online through your application, with a check, or credit card.
Tuition for Summer 2019 is $3,450 for the Pre-College Block (3 semester hours), and $4,600 for Block A or B (4 semester hours). Additional program fees may apply, depending on your course. These fees vary and may cover trips or materials, and will be listed in your course description. For questions regarding your tuition payment, please contact the Office of Student Accounts.
Need-Based ScholarshipAs part of your online course application, you will need to submit a 500 word essay on "The Importance of a Liberal Arts Education in Today's Society" and a copy of your parents' full 2017 Tax return. Students should submit essay, tax information, and all application materials by March 29, 2018. You will be notified of your award on April 15, 2018. Need-based scholarships are not available for international high school students.
A $500 merit-based award for students applying to a Pre-College course. Graduates of Colorado College or individuals that have completed a course at Colorado College may nominate a high school student for this award. Limited funding is available and will be awarded based on a strong personal profile. Students should submit the completed Pre-College Alumni Grant form and all application materials by March 30, 2018.

Room and Board
Students participating in either Block A or Block B will have a room fee of $825 and a board fee of $551. Students participating in the Pre-College block will have a room fee of $585 and a board fee of $551. If you are commuting to campus, you are not required to pay room and board. How to Pay Tuition and Fees/Payment Due Dates
Tuition and fees payments are to be done through the Student Accounts Office. Payments are due approximately one month after the invoice is generated, and can be submitted in the following ways:
- U.S. Checks - Personal checks may be converted to ACH (debit to savings or checking accounts) and sent to the college's bank for processing
- Travelers Checks
- Money Orders
- Cashier Checks
