HK 120: Topics in HBK: Physiology of Muscular Adaptation

Course Description: 

Examination of basic human anatomy, biomechanics, bioenergetics, muscle physiology, physiological adaptation, resistance-exercise program design, and how this information can help in developing resistance-training sessions to bring about specific physiological adaptations.  Laboratory sessions include measurement of muscular strength and/or endurance capacity, performance evaluation, resistance-exercise technique evaluation, and resistance-exercise application.
