Laundry Amenities
Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in many of the residential buildings.

Laundry facilities are available in Edith Gaylord Hall and the John Lord Knight apartment building.  Once you receive a CC ID card, please notify Residential Life and Housing to have access added to your card for these laundry facilities.

To obtain a CC ID/Gold Card, visit the Worner Center desk between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

Pet Policy 
Small dogs and cats are allowed in a few apartment buildings with a deposit:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit, for blockly tenants
For yearly tenants  A$100.00 deposit, of which $50.00 is non-refundable 

A tenant is limited to two pets.
Many of the faculty apartments are pet-free.   

Colorado College requires a parking permit for anyone parking on campus. If you plan to have a car on campus, please visit the Campus Safety office located at 833 North Tejon to purchase a parking permit for your vehicle. The permit charge is by day, block, or year. Contact the Campus Safety Office at 719-389-6707 for additional information. 
Your apartment keys can be picked up at the Loomis Front Desk (1104 N. Cascade) between 8:00 am and 12:00 am.  If you will be arriving after hours, you can pick up your keys at Campus Safety 833 North Tejon, (719) 389-6707. Please return your keys to the Loomis Front Desk when you depart.  

Mail Service
1131 N. Cascade Avenue            The mail is delivered into boxes in the foyer.
1140, 1144 and 1148 N. Cascade Avenue                                The mail is delivered into a free standing mail stand in front of 1144 N. Cascade Avenue. Although there is a small box for packages in the mail stand, we encourage tenants to have packages delivered to their departments.
Please report any maintenance issues in your apartment to Residential Life and Housing (389-6618) during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays). For after hour concerns, notify Campus Safety, and they will contact the on call maintenance staff to assist you.
Yearly tenants are encouraged to have rental insurance for personal items. Colorado College is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
We do not provide tenant storage at Colorado College.
