Payment Information

Colorado College does not require a damage deposit for faculty apartments, however, if damages should occur, the tenant is responsible for repairs or replacements. We do require a non-refundable pet deposit of $50.00 per pet (a maximum of 2 pets per apartment) for blockly visitors and $100.00 for yearly tenants.

Rental Payment Options

1. Rent is due to the Residential Life and Housing Office on the first Friday of each block. (If paying by check,   make the check payable to Colorado College.)

2. Rent may be paid by credit card - Visa and MasterCard - at the Residential Life and Housing Central Office.

3. If the department is paying the rent, the budget code must be included on the request form.

4. The yearly tenants only will have their rental payment automatically deducted from their
paychecks during the academic year. For the three months of summer (June, July and August)
you must pay the Residential Life and Housing office directly.
