USPS: No later than 5:00 pm, Wednesday, November 18th
FedEx: No later than noon, Friday, November 20th
In order for our office to guarantee processing of your transcript requests before the Fall Break, the deadlines above must be met. If we do not receive your requests by these times, we cannot guarantee processing before the Fall Break. Any requests received during the break will be processed in the order received.
Official transcripts generally take 3-5 business days to process. FedEx overnight service is available, please see more detailed information below.
All transcript requests must be made by the student with the student's signature.
If your transcript requires FedEx service, please either indicate this in the subject box, if emailed, or circle, if faxed, so we can process quickly.
If you are emailing a rush service request, please write FedEx in the subject line. If you are faxing or mailing your request, please circle the FedEx information on the request form.
Transcript requests, whether official or unofficial generally take 3-5 business days to process.
Please use this Transcript Request Form to make your request. All transcript requests from current or former students and alumni must be made in writing, (e-mail requests will not be processed without a scanned student signature)
If your name has legally been changed since you were a student, please complete the Name Change Form and submit with your documentation by mail or fax to the Registrar's Office.
Rush Service: $25.00 for Fed-Ex or pick up if the transcript needs to be processed within 24 hours of our receipt of the request. We must receive your request by noon to guarantee expedited service.
Please remember that overnight transcript service is not a guarantee of same-day service. Requests must be received in our office by noon to guarantee expedited service. Payment for overnight service with FedEx must be prepaid with VISA, MC or DISCOVER card, $25.00 per address, international rates vary. FedEX does not deliver to P.O. boxes. In order to keep your information secure, we will not fax transcripts or send electronically.
If you prefer, you may write your own request. Please include the following information:
- Complete name: first, middle, last, and student ID. (if you do not remember your student id, please give us your date of birth). If you attended under another name, please include this information.
- Your current mailing address and phone number.
- The dates of your attendance.
- Complete address of where you need your transcript(s) sent.
- Sign your request! (This is a Federal Regulation) Signatures must be from the student whose transcript is requested.

Make sure that you sign your request form. Signatures must be from the student whose transcript is requested. Neither parents nor any other party may request a transcript without the student's signature. Each person is allowed 10 free transcripts each fiscal year; after that the charge is $3.00 per transcript. The Registrar's Office phone number is 719.389.6610.
