Fellow Mentoring & Training

PIFP Fellows are paired with experienced alumni mentors, who provide guidance and counsel to Fellows throughout the term of their fellowships and beyond. In addition, PIFP sponsors a new fellow orientation and a seminar series for fellows each year. These events are part of our commitment to our partner organizations, to ensure that their Fellows get a strong foundation as they begin their tenure in the working world.

“I’m involved with PIFP on a number of levels. I know a mentor would have been helpful to me my first year out of college, so I want to provide this service to someone.”
