    Mentoring & Training

    Become a PIFP mentor

...and ensure that our Colorado College students succeed
    in the nonprofit sector.

    Remember when you graduated?

Your first job probably included difficult-to-navigate politics, exciting projects, and helpful critiques. Were you able to ask advice from someone who had been there before? Are you interested in being that person for our Colorado College students?

PIFP Fellows are paired with experienced alumni mentors who provide guidance and counsel to Fellows throughout the term of their fellowships and beyond.

In addition, PIFP sponsors a new fellow orientation and a seminar series for fellows each year. These events are part of our commitment to our partner organizations, to ensure that their Fellows get a strong foundation as they begin their tenure in the working world.

We're always excited about new mentors! Become a mentor by emailing PIFP director Cari at
