Important Summer Mail Services Options
Students, please notify the Mail Services Department where you like your
mail directed during the 2017 Summer Break. It is especially important
that we receive your information by no later than Friday May 19th. Mail forwarding will
begin on Tuesday May 23rd.
Students you have three options for your USPS First Class mail to be directed
during the Summer Break.
- Forward my mail to my home address: You do not have to do anything if
this is your request. All First Class mail will be forwarded to the home address supplied to the Registrars Office.
- Do not forward my mail, I will be here this summer: Please obtain and
complete a Mail Service Option card from the Worner Mail Center Staff.
- Please forward my mail to an address different than my home address:

Mail forwarding will begin on Tuesday May 23rd. Please note that UPS, DHL and
FedEx will not forward shipments. If you have any questions or concerns please call 389-6427 or 389-6799.
Need help shipping items home?
Pak Mail will be on campus to help you with your shipping needs.
They will be located on the main floor of the Worner Campus Center.
Pak Mail will be on campus to help with your shipping needs from
Friday, May 12th thru Thursday, May 18th. Pak Mail offers free pickup from
anywhere on or off campus for C.C. students. They can also provide packing
services and ship large items, such as art work and furniture. Please call (719)473-4545 to arrange an appointment. Pak Mail also sells shipping supplies.
During the time that Pak Mail is setup in the Worner Center the Mail Center
cannot accept outgoing packages for shipment.

Pak Mail accepts credit cards, debit cards, C.C. Gold Card, checks and cash as methods of payment. You can call Pak Mail directly at phone number 719-473-4545 with any questions that you might have.
FedEx Drop Box
The FedEx drop box is now located outside the east doors of the Worner Center. Pick up times vary but is normally around 5:00PM.
***Early shipping of items for New, Winter starts and Returning Students.
New, Winter starts and returning students may ship items at any time. New students who do not have a Worner Box assigned to them should have “Hold for incoming student” marked on the outside of the shipment. Returning students should use their Worner Box address. The address format for students is:

*Zip + 4 is not required but can help us identify the proper Worner Box in the event of the of the shipping label being damaged or unreadable
Worner Mailroom is now excepting MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards for payment!
The Worner Mailroom is now accepting credit/debit cards as a payment source for mailing packages and stamp purchases. However, the following are the guidelines that have been established in order to use a debit or credit card for payment.
1.) $10 minimum charge to use a credit/debit card for payment
2.) There is a $2 surcharge on each credit/debit card payment.
3.) Visa and MasterCard are the only cards that are accepted.
4.) Cards can only be swiped; account numbers cannot be manually entered.
5.) No exceptions to rules 1-4!
