*Early shipping of items for new, Winter starts and returning students.

New, Winter starts and returning students may ship items at any time. New students who do not have a Worner Box assigned to them should have “Hold for incoming student” marked on the outside of the shipment. Returning students should use their Worner Box address. The address format for students is:

 

Students full name, no nicknames please / WB# ____

Zip + 4 = Students Worner Box number

Example - WB#1 = 0001

Example - WB#21 = 0021

Student mail service Winter Break 2014

Student mail services during Winter Break are as follows:

The Worner Mailroom will close Friday, December 19th at 12:00pm and will not re-open until Monday, January 6th, 2015 at 9:00am. The Worner Mailroom does not offer forwarding services during winter break, so please be sure to pick up any tickets, medical or perishable items before closing on Friday, December 19th. Mail Services will not be responsible for any items that are not picked up before or arrive after 12:00pm December 19th.

 

Cutoff time at the Worner Mailroom window for any FedEx or UPS shipments will be 10:00am on Friday. Please do not put any FedEx shipments in the Worner Center Fed-Ex drop box or the USPS outgoing mail slot on Friday, December 19th as they may not be picked up until after the Winter Break ends! Any USPS stamped mail should be given to the Worner Mailroom staff at the window before 10:00am.

Faculty and Staff mail services Winter Break 2014

Mail Services will close on Friday, December 19th at noon. The Mail route will be completed by noon for all departments.

All mail that needs to be metered that isn’t picked up by the Mail Couriers before the College closes on Friday should be taken to the Worner Mailroom by 10:00am. Cutoff time at the Worner Mailroom window for any FedEx or UPS shipments will be 10:00am on Friday. Please do not put any FedEx shipments in the Worner Center Fed-Ex drop box or the USPS outgoing mail slot on Friday, December 19th as they may not be picked up until after the Winter Break ends! Mail Services will be open the following days from 10:00am until 12:00pm to allow departments to pick up their mail and packages during the Winter Break:

 

December 22nd, 26th, 29th and 31st.

 

January 2nd, 2015

 

Mail Services will not be responsible for any perishable or any shipments containing live plants or animals that arrive during the Winter Break. 

Mail Services will return to normal hours on Monday, January 6th with regular mail courier services.

Worner Mailroom is now excepting MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards for payment!

The Worner Mailroom is now accepting credit/debit cards as a payment source for mailing packages and stamp purchases. However, the following are the guidelines that have been established in order to use a debit or credit card for payment.

 

1.)    $10 minimum charge to use a credit/debit card for payment

2.)    There is a $2 surcharge on each credit/debit card payment.

3.)    Visa and MasterCard are the only cards that are accepted.

4.)    Cards can only be swiped; account numbers cannot be manually entered.

5.)    No exceptions to rules 1-4!
