High Profile Events

A Frontline Services employee will be present on-campus or at the venue itself for the entire duration of high-profile events (those involving the President, Board of Trustees, or Cabinet) requiring audio-visual equipment.  If the Frontline Services employee will be on-campus but not present at the venue itself, she or he will leave a cell phone number with the event organizer.
