The Solutions Center uses Bomgar to remotely connect to your device and help you through a problem. To initiate a remote support session, select a representative from the list below. When you click the person's name, it will ask you to open / run or save the file. If you can, go ahead and open or run it from there. If your only option is to save, go ahead and do that, and then double click the file to run it after it finishes downloading.
