    Install CC Events Management

Also known as Ungerboeck, here is how you do the "back end" installation of our new events management system.  Most people will not need to do this, as you can just interact with the system in a web browser.

    Summary

    Detailed Instructions

Step 1: Add Trusted sites (skip this step if you're using a CC-owned computer)

You'll need to use Internet Explorer. Once you have it open, click the sprocket and go down to Internet Options:

Go to the Security tab and click the Sites button:

Uncheck the box labeled "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" and add the following 3 entries to the trusted sites list.  When finished, click Close:

    • file://*.ungerboeck.com
    • http://*.ungerboeck.com

    Step 2: Install Silverlight

You'll also need to install silverlight, which you can find at: http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/get-started/install/default.aspx.  The process is similar - click to install and then click run at the bottom:

    Step 3: Install Citrix Receiver

Go to https://www.citrix.com/go/receiver.html and click on the "Download Receiver for Windows" button:

Click "Run" when the application is downloaded and you are prompted of you'd like to save or run it:

Click "Yes" to allow the application to make changes to your computer:

Click "Start" to begin the installation process:

Check the box to accept the user agreement and then click "Next":

    Click "Install" to begin installing:

Click "Finish" to complete the installation:

The first time that you log off, restart, or lock your computer and then log back in, you will see a pop-up asking you to "Add an Account".  You should check the box that says "Do not show this window automatically at logon" and then click close.

Step 4: Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642 and click on the red "Download" button:

Click "Run" when the application is downloaded and you are prompted of you'd like to save or run it:

Click "Yes" to allow the application to make changes to your computer:

Check the box to agree to the service terms and then click "Next":

Once the installation is complete, choose "Finish":

    When prompted, restart your computer:

Step 5: Install the web add-in

Go to http://software.ungerboeck.com/bridge?ver=current and the application will automatically download.

When prompted to either save or run the application, choose "Run":

Make sure that the selection to "Repair the Ungerboeck Web Add-In" is chosen and then click "Finish":

Click "Yes" to allow the application to make changes to your computer:

Once the installation is completed successfully, choose "Close":

    Step 6: Log In

Now you're all set. Go to Colorado College Single Sign In, click "Events Management", then click "I am an Administrator and/or Venue Manager" and log in with your Ungerboeck username and password.
