MPS Paper Ordering Guide

Office Depot Deliveries and Managed Print Paper Delivery Suspended

Office Depot deliveries, including paper for managed print, have been suspended. Departments and offices that need paper and office supplies should buy items on their own or obtain them from a neighboring department/office if possible. 

This guide shows you how to place an order for paper through the MPS program.

  • First, navigate to and log in with the CC shared username and password:
    • username:  CCpaper2
    • password:  Welcome1
  • Second, Click on “Products” at the top of the page > Select “Paper" > Select “Copy & Printer Paper”
  • Third, choose “Copy & Multipurpose Paper”
  • Fourth, Shop for the paper you want - most often, you'll want to get the Boise ASPEN 30 Multipurpose item#116946 (30% recycled content letter size paper) and choose a quantity, then click "Add to Cart"
  • Fifth, verify your order and click “Checkout”
  • Finally, fill in your building & room # in the field labeled “NAMEBLD and put your name and phone number in the field labeled “Desktop," add your email address to the box labeled "Send a copy of order confirmation to" then select "Place Order"
    • Please do not change any of the other fields in this section.

To order staples for Xerox devices.

  • Call 855.634.6677 and choose Option 3
  • As to order a staple cartridge, and give them the device's serial number and whether it uses an office finisher or booklet finisher.
