Capstone and integration

This program will be a small cohort, to allow for trust building and mutual support.  It will include individual coaching and personalized support.

Ideal candidates for the program are already successful in their current role, and are interested in learning skills and strategies to enhance their ability to lead change at CC. They will demonstrate a growth mindset, and a commitment to supporting their peers in their development journey. In alignment with our antiracism commitment, cohort members will be selected based on an application process with the intention of crafting a team that represents the diverse perspectives of employees at CC.

Expectations of the program include:

  • Participation in all of the sessions.
  • Completion of self-directed learning between sessions (approximately 1 hour).
  • Engaging in pair or small group work between sessions (approximately 1 hour).
  • Participation in coaching

Thank you to all who expressed interest by applying - the 2023-2024 Cohort will be announced soon!
