Fierce Conversations

The Fierce Conversations program is an award-winning leadership development program whose methodologies — refined over nearly 20 years — are proven to help increase an organization’s performance. The model is built on a single premise: What gets talked about, how it gets talked about, and who is invited to the conversation determines what will and won’t happen. This program is designed to help the CC community have candid conversations that will lead to higher engagement, productivity, and execution of ideas.

Moreover, we see Fierce Conversations as directly relating to CC’s Antiracism Commitment. This program will help with the conversations that need to take place while considering reality for ourselves and others, learning something new, having difficult discussions, and enriching relationships across difference. The work toward antiracism requires us all to name, analyze, and rethink truths about oppressive practices, policies, and processes which can be hard and uncomfortable. The Fierce Conversations program will provide opportunities to build skills that will help us engage more effectively in our antiracism work.
