Summer Housing

All enrolled students have the option to live off campus during the summer season.

Colorado College offers on-campus housing to enrolled Summer Session students, MAT students, visiting undergraduates, Student Research (SCoRE) participants, and participants of other college summer programming.  

The 2022 Summer Housing Application is available via Summit and the Summer Session Website. Applications are due no later than May 1, 2022. Summer housing will be posted to student accounts prior to the beginning of Summer Session on May 6, 2022, along with required meal plan costs. Summer Housing costs vary depending on the type of housing and the length of stay. Any financial request or support regarding Summer Housing needs to be submitted to Summer Session. 

For Summer 2022, all summer housing will be in Mathias Hall.

May 19 - 23 (available only to graduates and Spring Semester on-campus residents enrolled in Summer Session Block A. Requires RLC approval).

Application Opens: April 25, 2022

Gap Housing  May 23 - June 1 (available to all students who applied through Summit. Student requesting Gap Housing will be charged per night. However, students who requested Block A Housing for a Block A class will not be charged for their stay during Gap Housing - Gap Housing will be included in their Block A charge. This excludes students who are here for research or on campus employment and are required to be on campus working between certain dates - those students are charged for every night they are required to be on campus)

Gap Housing August 13 - August 26 (available to all students who applied for Block C Summer Housing through Summit and will automatically be applied to their Summer assignment approved timeline. Students who are here for Block C will not be charged for their stay during Gap Housing as it will be included in their Block C charge - IF they have a Fall 2022 assignment. This excludes students who are here for research or on campus employment and are required to be on campus working between certain dates - those students are charged for every night they are required to be on campus. However, any students requesting to arrive to campus and move in during the Gap Housing dates will be considered "Early Arrivals" and will be charged per night. Early Arrival Dates and Process will be announced soon.)

2022 Summer Housing Rates:

Extended Stay
5/19 – 5/23: Graduating students and those enrolled in Summer Session only

No Charge – RLC Approval required

Block A/B/C – Double Room
Starting at noon the day before the Block begins and ending at noon the day after the Block ends

$850 per block

Block A/B/C – Single Room
Starting at noon the day before the Block begins and ending at noon the day after the Block ends

$980 per block

Daily Rate
The daily rate is applied to the varied schedules of students involved in summer research, as well as those needing housing outside of the summer program dates noted above. This includes early arrivals and late departures of students enrolled in the current academic year and/or summer programs

$34/per person per night – double room
$38/per person per night – single room
