Summer Housing

All enrolled students have the option to live off campus during the summer season.

Colorado College offers on-campus housing to enrolled Summer Session students, MAT students, visiting undergraduates, Student Research (SCoRE) participants, and participants of other college summer programming.  

The 2021 Summer Housing Application is available in Summer Session's Summit portal. Applications are due no later than May 1. Summer housing costs are posted to student accounts prior to the beginning of Summer Session, along with required meal plan costs. Summer Housing costs vary depending on the type of housing and the length of stay. 

Summer Housing Period Dates
Extended Stay May 20 - 23 (available only to graduates and Spring Semester on-campus residents enrolled in Summer Session Block A. Requires RLC approval).
Gap Housing May 24 - June 1
Block A June 1 - June 25
Block B June 27 - July 21
Block C July 26 - August 13
Early Arrival TBD - Fall Move-In (available only to students with a Fall 2021 housing assignment. Requires RLC approval).

2021 Summer Housing Rates:

  • $825 Per Block in a residential hall
  • $980 Per Block in an apartment (continuing full Spring Semester student residents only)
  • $33   Per Night (applicable to varied dates of residency that do not correspond with dates above)
