    Off-Campus Living for Seniors

To be eligible to apply to live off campus in the fall for the following year, students must have at least 4 semesters in campus housing (CC campus or CC affiliated off-campus program). The assumption is that an additional 2 semesters on campus will be earned during the course of the year, resulting in the student having senior standing at the start of the following fall semester. The College reserves the right to withdraw off-campus approval if the student does not attain senior standing as expected.

    FAQ

What if I am Away From Campus in the Fall?

If you will be away from campus during the application period, you will still be able to complete the requirements for applying to live off campus by completing an online version of the Off-Campus Workshop and Social Host Training. The online versions consists of watching videos and taking a short quiz. To access the online version, please contact Rochelle Taylor or Matt Edwards.

What if I completed all the steps, but never received approval?

If you do not receive an official Off-Campus Housing Approval, you are expected to live on campus. If you are not eligible due to conduct, you will be notified. If you do not meet the six semester on campus living requirement, you are not eligible. If you have any questions, please contact housing@coloradocollege.edu

What if I get approved for off campus living, but change my mind?

Once a student is approved to live off campus, they will be removed from email lists pertaining to apartment and room selection. If you want to live on campus, just let us know and we can add you back to that email list. Important dates for apartment and room selection will be posted to the website as well.
