NOTE: Colorado College is responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments. Summer Block A & B classes are being delivered via distance learning. Admission open houses and visits are canceled. See Coronavirus Updates & Resources here.
Housing collaborates with the Residential Experience team to create inclusive, secure, and well-maintained environments conducive to holistic student development, learning, and success. Our office administers student room assignment processes including housing agreements, contracts, room selection, and waitlists, and manages the maintenance, custodial, renovation, and preservation of residential communities. This office also administers a visiting faculty housing program and, during the summer months, supports a Conference Services program, which hosts up to 2,000 visiting camp and conference participants on the Colorado College campus each year.
The three year live-on requirement is a critical part of the Colorado College experience. Exceptions to the residential requirement are only approved if a student:
Is married or in a same-sex domestic partnership as substantiated by the college
Has dependent children living with them
Will live with their parent(s) or legal guardian in Colorado Springs
