Each student is supplied with a bed, mattress, a desk, a desk chair, a dresser, and a closet or wardrobe. Each room is also furnished with at least one mirror and a MicroFridge, a combination refrigerator, and a microwave.

We want to ensure the accuracy of any information that we share. Therefore, room dimensions are being verified and are currently not available on our website. We suggest that students wait until they get to campus to make some of their purchases so that they can view their room, talk with their roommate(s), and make the best choices for what to include in their space.

The college does not take responsibility for students' personal belongings, even if personal items are damaged as a result of a facility issue. Students are strongly encouraged to obtain renter's insurance.

We ask that students make common-sense decisions and that they leave their room in the same condition in which they found it. It's always a good idea to check with hall staff before doing anything that might be permanent.

All of the large residence halls have common area kitchens for student use. Irons, vacuums, and the like can be checked out from the front desk.

Air conditioners are not permitted in the residence halls.

Student laundry facilities are provided at no cost in each of the traditional first-year residence halls.

No. The residence halls are closed and therefore unsupervised during campus holidays and breaks. Because of this, students are not permitted to return early. In the fall, students participating in certain campus organizations and activities may be permitted to return early, as requested by the organization adviser, or activity sponsored and approved by the Residential Experience team. Students with extenuating situations where they are unable to find safe housing during breaks may also request an early return to campus housing.

Students are required to vacate their rooms and remove all belongings for summer break, as we have both academic and conference activities on campus over the summer and utilize all the residence halls for those purposes. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide on-campus storage for students. We simply don't have the space. Students are encouraged to take their belongings home with them. If that is not an option, there are several local storage facilities that rent space that can be shared among several students:
