Refugee Assistance Progam (RAP)

Refugee Assistance Program (RAP) works with refugees who have recently immigrated to Colorado Springs.  The group operates alongside Lutheran Family Services, a federally funded refugee resettlement agency.  RAP members get paired with refugee families and do everything they can to help the families become self-sufficient in the United States.  This includes teaching English, finding jobs, and forming lasting friendships.  RAP also volunteers at ESL classes for immigrants and refugees, as well as working in the LFS office.
