The Career Center looks forward to helping you connect with candidates for your current opportunities, build a pipeline of top talent for future opportunities, and provide Colorado College students the opportunity to connect with industry professionals to secure quality internships and full time positions.

Develop Your Presence

We can assist you in connecting with top talent by coordinating successful on and off campus recruitment efforts of Colorado College students. The Career Center can help you develop a presence on campus through one or more of the channels below.

Post a Job or an Internship Opportunity

You can advertise internship and full-time opportunities to our students by posting an opportunity directly in SUCCESS, our online web-based recruiting system. This service is always free of charge. Post an opportunity or learn more about how to get started.

Host an Employer Information Session

Come visit our campus! These sessions allow you to connect with our students and share information about your organization and opportunities. Schedule a Visit.

Conduct Interviews on Campus

We are happy to set up an interview room and schedule interviews with students for a specific opportunity within your organization. Schedule On Campus Interviews.

Reach Out to Students via Virtual Connections

If your schedule does not permit a campus visit at this time, you may post your positions in SUCCESS, and have the resumes forwarded directly to you for consideration. The Career Center can also arrange Skype™ or video conference calls with students for long-distance interviewing or information sessions. Schedule Virtual Interviews or an Information Session.

Build Your Brand with Colorado College Students

Your company’s employment opportunities can be marketed to Colorado College students through our blog, which sends weekly emails directly targeting students who have expressed an interest in your industry. There are also opportunities to volunteer your time and expertise at the Career Center such as with our Executive-in-Residence program, case interview practice, and resume reviews. One of our Career Coaches would be happy to consult with you on how to establish a presence on campus.

Advertise with Colorado College Student Media

You may also choose to advertise with our student media via student-run newspaper The Catalyst. There is a fee for this service. Learn more about advertising with The Catalyst.
