Spectrum Training Offers students, staff, and faculty basic understanding of transgender, intersex, bisexual, lesbian, gay, asexual, and queer life including terminology, some unique challenges that many in the queer community face, and promising practices that inform more inclusive practices.
"Trans* 101" offers students, staff, and faculty foundational understanding of transgender as disciplinary category, an embodied expression and identity, and within social, legal, economic, familial, and medical contexts. Participants will leave presentation with more knowledge and resources.
