William Blaustein '09 Awarded $24,000 Grant to Study in Mexico

William Blaustein '09, has been awarded an Ambassadorial Scholarship by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. The grant is for $24,000 for a year of study in any university in the world. According to The Rotary Foundation, "Given Blaustein's impressive application and strong grasp of the Spanish language he was assigned to his first choice school, the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City, one of the most prestigious research universities in Latin America." Blaustein was an international political economy major at Colorado College, and will study economic development in Mexico. Blaustein also was the recipient of a Humanity in Action fellowship while at Colorado College.
