Ragan, Ashley, Tallent lead and present at Western Society for French History meeting

Three Colorado College faculty members participated in the 35th annual Western Society for French History meeting in November at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. Bryant Ragan, associate professor of history, served as a governing council member of the meeting, as well as chair of “The Spaces of the Revolution.” Susan Ashley, professor of history and dean of Colorado College, was commentator of “Female Piety and Philanthropy, 17th-19th Centuries,” and Alistaire Tallent, assistant professor of French, presented on “Vixens and Virtue: Idealized Women in Eighteenth-Century Erotic Novels and the Revolution.”
