12 Days in December: The CC Delegation at the UN Climate Conference in Katowice, Poland

In December 2018, CC sent a delegation of 20 including President Tiefenthaler, Provost Townsend, two trustees, several alumni and an economics class to the annual meeting of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), known in UN-speak as COP-24.

Professor Corina McKendry (Political Science & EV), Ian Johnson, CC Sustainability Director, and Prof, Mark Smith (Economics) will discuss their experiences and perspectives of observing the challenging process of advancing the international agenda on climate change.
