Back to back today are two lectures taking place in the Cornerstone Screening room. At 4pm, learn about Matilda Robbins, and early immigrant, activist and feminist. (The Immigrant Girl, Radical Woman book is on order and will be available in the library once it arrives.) At 7pm Jodi Dean will talk about the October Revolution.

If you are interested in learning more about these historic, cultural events, visit the library to explore our resources.

Use the TIGER library catalog to access books about the labor unions and grassroots organizing of workers and the October Revolution.

Search a database to find articles in mainstream magazines and scholar papers. Some good databases are: America, History and Life and Historical Abstracts, Social Sciences Abstracts With Full Text, and PAIS International.
