The Library Partners will be continuing our “Last Lecture” series with Peter Blasenheim (Block 7) – March 29th, 3:30-5pm.
After reflecting on what matters to them, each speaker will give a hypothetical “last lecture,” conveying whatever insights they want to impart to the world as a culmination of their thinking on the topic of their choosing.
Peter L. Blasenheim has taught Latin American and African history at Colorado College (CC) since 1973. He has also been a Visiting Professor of History at two Brazilian universities and hosted CC courses in Brazil. And he established a student exchange program with the Federal University of Juiz de Fora.
His scholarship includes an edited book (O código morse : ensaios sobre Richard Morse), and multiple articles in English and Spanish. He has presented many papers and given lectures and panel discussions both locally and internationally
