Elliot Mamet '15 Wins Phi Beta Kappa Graduate Scholarship

Elliot Mamet '15 has received the Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Association of Colorado, 2016 Graduate Scholarship.  The award of $3500 will support Elliot's doctoral work in political science at Duke University, where he will begin studying political philosophy this fall. Elliot is a Denver native and Denver East High School alumnus. He received a B.A magna cum laude in political science, with a minor in political philosophy, from Colorado College, where he was a Boettcher Scholar, a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to beginning graduate school, Elliot completed a Humanity in Action fellowship in Warsaw, Poland and worked for the American Political Science Association in Washington, D.C.
