Tom Cronin, professor of political science at Colorado College and former president of Whitman College, presented the keynote address to scholars of leadership studies and representatives of about 50 liberal arts institutions at a conference in June on Leadership across the Liberal Arts Curriculum. Dan Johnson, assistant professor of economics and business at CC, also attended the conference, held in Claremont, Calif.Leadership across the Liberal Arts Curriculum is the capstone of a three-year initiative funded by the W.M. Keck Foundation. The project has been dedicated to integrating topics of responsible leadership across the liberal arts disciplines.
