CC Athletes Honored in Several Sports

Colorado College athletes are getting accolades for their achievements in athletics and academics.

Three CC student-athletes - seniors Austin Davie (men's lacrosse) and Crane Sarris (men's swimming and diving), and junior Steph Kelly (women's lacrosse) - were named to CoSIDA's Academic All-District Teams and now are eligible for Academic All-America consideration. Read the full story at

Three members of the Colorado College women's lacrosse team earned a spot on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association all-West Region Team after leading the Tigers to a 14-4 regular-season record and a berth in the 2017 NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship.

Senior midfielder Mary Taussig and junior attacker Steph Kelly were first-team selections, while junior attacker Annie DeFrino was named to the second team. See for more.

Junior women's lacrosse attacker Steph Kelly, who set the program's single-season records for points and assists, was voted the Women's Independent Lacrosse Schools' Player of the Year in a ballot of the association's head coaches. Read more here
