Anthropology Professor Emerita Marianne Stoller Receives Gresham Riley Award

This Saturday, Professor Emerita Marianne Stoller will be receiving the Gresham Riley Award recognizing faculty, administrators, and staff who have made a significant difference to the college. Marianne was a professor in the Anthropology Department, serving as chair of the department twice throughout her career, as well as directing the Southwest Studies institutes. Since retiring in 1998, Marianne has continued to be active in the Colorado College community by serving on the Board of Managers for the college's Woman's Educational Society, for which she has raised more than $50,000 in scholarships.

The award will be presented at Honors Convocation, Saturday, Oct. 11, at 11-12 p.m.
