Two of her books include "Anime from Akira to Howl&rsquo;s Moving Castle: Experiencing Japanese Animations" (2001)<em> </em>and&nbsp;"From Impressionism to Anime: Japan as Fantasy and Fan Cult in the Western Imagination" (2007). She is currently writing a book on the films and manga of Hayao Miyzaki, Japan&rsquo;s greatest living animator and arguably the greatest animator in the world today.&nbsp;Also interested in many other areas besides Japan, Napier currently teaches The Cinema of Apocalypse and Fantasy in World Culture and hopes to develop a course on science fiction soon. Mansfield, William R. Kenan, Jr., Professor of Government, studies and teaches political philosophy. He has written on Edmund Burke and the nature of political parties, on Machiavelli and the invention of indirect government, in defense of a defensible liberalism and in favor of a Constitutional American political science. He has also written on the discovery and development of the theory of executive power, and has translated three books of Machiavelli&rsquo;s and (with the aid of his wife) Tocqueville's&nbsp;<em >Democracy in America</em>. His book on manliness has just been published. He was Chairman of the Government Department from 1973-1977, has held Guggenheim and NEH Fellowships, and has been a Fellow at the National Humanities Center. He won the Joseph R. But Ponyo's desire to be human upsets the delicate balance of nature and triggers a gigantic storm. Only Ponyo's mother, a beautiful sea goddess, can restore nature's balance and make Ponyo's dreams come true.&nbsp;Starring: Noah Cyrus, Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Freankie Jonas, Cloris Leachman, and Liam Neeson.&nbsp;The film will be followed by the official opening of the I.D.E.A.
