Two of her books include "Anime from Akira to Howl&rsquo;s Moving Castle: Experiencing Japanese Animations" (2001)<em> </em>and&nbsp;"From Impressionism to Anime: Japan as Fantasy and Fan Cult in the Western Imagination" (2007). She is currently writing a book on the films and manga of Hayao Miyzaki, Japan&rsquo;s greatest living animator and arguably the greatest animator in the world today.&nbsp;Also interested in many other areas besides Japan, Napier currently teaches The Cinema of Apocalypse and Fantasy in World Culture and hopes to develop a course on science fiction soon. Mansfield, William R. Kenan, Jr., Professor of Government, studies and teaches political philosophy. He has written on Edmund Burke and the nature of political parties, on Machiavelli and the invention of indirect government, in defense of a defensible liberalism and in favor of a Constitutional American political science. He has also written on the discovery and development of the theory of executive power, and has translated three books of Machiavelli&rsquo;s and (with the aid of his wife) Tocqueville's&nbsp;<em >Democracy in America</em>. His book on manliness has just been published. He was Chairman of the Government Department from 1973-1977, has held Guggenheim and NEH Fellowships, and has been a Fellow at the National Humanities Center. He won the Joseph R. But Ponyo's desire to be human upsets the delicate balance of nature and triggers a gigantic storm. The panel includes: Colorado College student volunteer, Matthew Beck; Rev. Dr. Jim Peterson, based in Tokyo; Michael Bosack, member of the 2012 Japanese Leadership Delegation to visit the Tsunami zone; and Ibuki Suda, a Japanese teenager who lived and volunteered in one of the shelters after her family had to evacuate their home.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" ><strong >&nbsp;</strong></p>
