The film, nominated in 2011 for an Academy Award for Best Documentary, brings into the public realm another specter of collusion between private enterprise and government. Josh is currently finalizing release of his forthcoming film "Gasland2" which continues his assertions of political interference with sustainable energy wisdom and of our public mistrust of the systems intended to protect us. He concludes that fracking “does not just contaminate the water supply, but also government. All the money that's spent, all the influence that's peddled: this is the contamination of the political system." Colorado has one of the largest natural gas reserves in the world. Its residents have a vested interest in understanding Josh’s claims before permitting lawmakers to pass further legislation allowing fracking in their own backyards.
Computer Club Meeting Thu, 08 Nov 2012 14:55:43 MST https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-computer-club-meeting https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-computer-club-meeting
Thursday, November 15, 2012 12:00 PM

Every block the Computer Club meets to discuss projects and interesting topics in the world of computing. Join us for pizza (hopefully) in Tutt Science 221 at Noon, Thursday November 15.
Capstone Financial Information Lunch Mon, 05 Nov 2012 09:58:19 MST https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-capstone-financial-information-lunch https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-capstone-financial-information-lunch
Thursday, November 15, 2012 12:00 PM

Come find out about internship opportunities!
Mock Interview Help Mon, 05 Nov 2012 10:00:35 MST https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-mock-interview-help https://www.coloradocollege.edu/events/2012-11-15-mock-interview-help
Thursday, November 15, 2012 12:00 PM

It's always important to practice your interview skills... here's your chance with industry experts!
