Bon Appetit, CC's socially responsible food management service, strives to provide the college community with meals that are local, sustainable, delicious, and nutritious. Bon Appetit is also committed to serving faculty, students, and staff with seasonal organic options whenever available.
Bon Appetit's On-Campus Cafeterias and Restaurants
Starving? Head to Rastall Cafe in the Worner Campus Center for an all-you-can eat buffet-style smorgasbord. A gathering place for our entire community, Rastall offers a wide range of meal options from "traditional" comfort foods to international delicacies to nutritious vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to a grill station, which offers made-to-order all-natural beef and antiobiotic-free chicken, Rastall houses kiosks for the flavors of Southeast Asia; hand-made pizzas and pastas; massive salad and sandwich bars with local, seasonal produce; made-from-scratch soups; and an omelette bar on lazy weekend mornings. All stations rotate menus on a daily basis, supplying a wide variety of options for all members of the CC community.
Benjamin's - also known affectionately as "Benji's" - is located in the Worner Campus Center. In addition to all-natural beef burgers and other grill selections, Benji's features traditional Mexican favorites, like nachos and jaw-stretching burritos, and house-rolled sushi and rice bowls. Need to grab and go? Benji's also offers a stock of freshly-prepared sandwiches, salads, house made desserts, and bottled beverages for students in a rush.
Looking to stock your in-room refrigerator with local and seasonal snacks, lunches and dinners? For locally grown produce, health snacks, and organic groceries, head to one of Bon Appetit's retail locations - The Preserve. Located on the lower level of the Western Ridge Apartment Complex, The Preserve offers freshly-prepared sandwiches, soups, and salads, as well as a daily rotating menu of made-to-order entrees and a stunning view of Pikes Peak.
For a mid-study snack or late-night energy drink, CC students flock to Bon Appetit's Local Goods, located in Mathias Hall. Local Goods stays open until 12 a.m. so those noctournal students can access its wide variety of natural foods, seasonal produce, snacks, groceries, and convenience necessities.
Get your caffeine fix at two must-know locations, Colorado Coffee and the Chas Coffee Cart, located in the Worner Campus Center and Tutt Library, respectively. With coffee and espresso favorites, house-made snacks, and tons of bottled beverages, these locations cater to morning addicts, late-night workers, and everyone in between. Colorado Coffee also serves fresh fruit, smoothies, breakfast items, and grab-and-go salads and sandwiches.
