The family of Charles “Bill” Goodnight ’43, whose obituary was included in the Spring 2001 issue of the magazine, requested that the following survivors be mentioned: daughter, Carolyn Goodnight Kells, son, James Goodnight, grandsons, Brandon Cruse and  William Goodnight, granddaughter, Erica Goodnight, and great-granddaughter, Hannah Cruse.
