Join Colorado College's Energy, Environment, and Security Project on Monday, March 31st for a panel discussion on the controversial Martin Drake Power Plant and the future of energy in Colorado Springs. The event is open to the community and speakers include representatives from Colorado Springs City Council, the Sierra Club, the Utilities Policies Advisory Committee and Colorado Springs Utilities.
