Charles "Chuck" Howe, professor emeritus and Department of Economics faculty research associate at the Institute of Behavioral Science University of Colorado-Boulder will present the next talk in the Economics and Business Department's 2013-14 Seminar Series of lectures. Howe received his Ph.D. from Stanford. His research interests include water resources planning and management, water law and economic efficiency, water markets, and the role of water and natural resources in economic development. His talk: “Reconciling Water Law and Economic Efficiency in Colorado Water Administration” is free and open to the public in Palmer Hall room 121. Refreshments will be served.
