John is co-founder and CEO of Troubh Partners, an investment partnership established in 1996. He is a member of the Executive Committee, chairman of CityParks Foundation; and a member of the Board of Trustees and former executive vice president and treasurer, PEN American Center, and a board member of the Evergreen Review. With his wife Louisa, (a board member), he is a major supporter of The Oliver Program. John and Louisa are the parents of two grown children.
