Bob is Chairman and CEO, and member of the Board of Directors, of Inasmuch Foundation and Ethics and Excellence in Journalism Foundation. The foundations were founded by Edith Kinney Gaylord '37 (charter trustee) in 1982. Previously an attorney with the Oklahoma City law firm McAfee & Taft, Bob is a member of the following Boards of Directors: Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma City Museum of Art, Oklahoma City National Memorial, Oklahoma Public School Resource Center, Oklahoma State Fair, John Rex Charter School, OU Gaylord College of Journalism Board of Visitors, OU College of Law Board of Visitors, OU Foundation, Roff Oil & Gas, and Westminster School. He was appointed in 2011 by Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin to serve on the board of the Oklahoma State Department of Education. His sisters, Becky Ross Roten '85 and Molly Ross Fuhrman '96 also attended Colorado College.
